Shipping & Delivery Times

Our estimated processing and delivery time depends on the type of mockneck you order:

• Customized Mocknecks: Delivered within 9 business days

• Normal Mocknecks: Delivered within 5–7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Customized Orders

Customized mocknecks require additional time for personalization, production, quality checking, and preparation. Please allow up to 9 business days for your customized order to be completed and delivered.

Normal Orders

Orders for our standard, non-customized mocknecks are generally delivered within 5-7 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
